Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role or leadership
• 1+ year of leadership responsibility
• Experience managing clinical trials and regulatory compliance
• Strong supervisory, mentoring, and performance management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage staff including hiring, development, performance evaluations, and terminations.
• Oversee site activities to meet targets from senior management.
• Supervise clinical and administrative aspects of trials to ensure targets and quality.
• Control costs and vendor contracts for site services.
• Ensure patient recruitment and regulatory compliance.
