Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our clinical trials. This role involves leading study activities, ensuring data integrity, and coordinating with monitors and site staff.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 0–5 years of experience, and at least 1 year of leadership responsibility. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
• 0 to 5 years experience; 1+ year of leadership responsibility.
• Equivalency may be considered with education, training and/or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct multiple ongoing clinical trials, of varying size and complexity, involving patients or healthy volunteers/subjects.
• Complete all paperwork required to capture all data as specified by a study protocol, and for ensuring subject safety, understanding, and cooperation during the study process.
• Engage in the entire site operations process, including recruitment, enrollment and retention of study participants.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members; acts as a lead coordinator for certain studies, liaising with monitors and other stakeholders.
