Custom Search Inc. is a dynamic clinical-stage medical device startup seeking a Clinical Trial Payments/Clinical Trial Coordinator backfill to support growth into a CRA role. The role balances payments oversight and CTMS administration across two new in-house projects, with emphasis on accuracy and timely processing.

You will join a small, collaborative team, take meeting minutes, help with presentations, and handle miscellaneous tasks to keep trials running smoothly in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in clinical trial payments.
• Familiarity with CTMS and trial documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage clinical trial payments, including auditing vendor invoices.
• Operate and maintain activities within the CTMS (Simple Trials) for in-house projects.
• Record meeting minutes and provide presentation support as needed.
• Support ad hoc tasks within a small, dynamic team.
