Job summary

Alto Neuroscience is seeking a Clinical Trial Associate to support study teams by organizing study materials and ensuring trials meet protocol, SOP, and ICH GCP standards. You will provide general admin support to Clinical Operations and coordinate vendor supplies and study logistics.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in science or nursing, familiarity with FDA/EMA regulations, and experience with eTMF and EDC platforms. On-site in Mountain View, CA with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, nursing, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with FDA and/or EMA Regulations, ICH Guidelines, and GCPs governing clinical trials.
• Experience with management and oversight of eTMF.
• Experience with EDC and TMF platforms.

Responsibilities

• Set up, organize, and maintain study documentation and filing.
• Assist in start-up, management, close-out, and reporting of studies.
• Coordinate vendor supplies and study materials inventory.
• Coordinate translations as needed.
• Assist in budget tracking and investigator payments.
