Job summary

Latigo Bio in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Clinical Trial Associate to provide operational and administrative support across Latigo-sponsored studies. You will help with study start-up, maintenance, and close-out, manage eTMF, trackers, and meeting logistics to keep trials compliant and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field or health-related area.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Working knowledge of clinical trial conduct and start-up activities.
• Familiarity with ICH-GCP, CFR and regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting Trial Master File activities preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate with internal study teams and vendors.
• Follow established processes and escalate issues as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with study start-up activities and eTMF setup.
• Maintain eTMF and perform interim quality checks.
• Organize and maintain the internal study SharePoint site.
• Maintain study trackers, contact lists, and meeting logs.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and draft minutes.
• Support clinical trial systems and portals.
• Review and reconcile study documents and vendor deliverables.
• Coordinate investigator and vendor meetings and trainings.
• Track milestones, risks, and issues; escalate delays as needed.
• Support regulatory inspections and budget tracking.
