Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Manager/Associate Director of Clinical Operations to lead in-house trial teams for Alzheimer’s and neuropsychiatric indications. You will oversee site management, monitoring, and trial execution, guiding a team of 6–12 staff across CTA, CRA, CTM, and CPM roles.

Candidates should have 10+ years of hands-on clinical trial experience with at least 3 years in people management, deep knowledge of the trial lifecycle, GxP, and ICH-GCP.
