Job summary

Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia (CCP) is seeking a Clinical Trial Medical Assistant to support clinical and pharmaceutical research activities at our Yardley, PA office, with travel to Bristol, PA required. The role includes data entry, study coordination support, phlebotomy, and regulatory documentation, with a $500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 1 year clinical experience working with adult patients; cardiology preferred.
• Medical Assistant certification or previous MA experience required.
• 1–2 years phlebotomy experience required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and EMR systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.

Responsibilities

• Enter data from visit worksheets into electronic data collection systems.
• Prepare visit packets and assemble binders.
• Assist study coordinators with research visits; take vital signs.
• Receive and stock investigational products; prepare labels and documentation.
• Maintain daily temperature logs and calibrations; perform QC on equipment.
