Swoon seeks a Clinical Research Administrative Specialist to support the Research Office team in a managed services environment. The role centers on building and reviewing clinical trial budgets, coverage analysis, and study calendars to enable budget development and negotiation.

You will work with CTMS and sponsor stakeholders, manage multiple studies for diverse clients, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, but equivalent hands-on experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of clinical research administration experience
• Experience with coverage analysis
• General data analysis and financial tracking
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/client needs

Aufgaben

• Develop clinical trial budgets, including building budgets from scratch
• Review and QA clinical trial budgets for accuracy and completeness
• Negotiate budgets with sponsors and other external stakeholders
• Support financial feasibility and study financial analysis
• Assist with coverage analysis and research billing determinations
• Review clinical trial protocols and related documentation
• Develop and maintain study calendars and other trial documentation
• Work within clinical trial management systems (CTMS)
• Support industry, federally sponsored, and investigator-initiated studies
• Manage multiple client projects/studies in a consulting environment
• Communicate with internal teams and external client stakeholders
• Contribute to process improvements and provide guidance to more junior team members as appropriate
