Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a Clinical Research Budget Negotiator to manage budgets and payment terms for industry-sponsored, federal, and private trials. You will ensure alignment with FMV, regulatory requirements, and institutional policies while supporting timely trial activation and amendments.

The role requires collaboration with PIs, research teams, finance, legal, and sponsors to maintain financial viability and compliance across clinical trials.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in a clinical setting, clinical research, health insurance, revenue cycle or relevant negotiation experience.
• Experience in Coverage Analysis.
• Experience in medical coding or billing.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance and federal regulations related to clinical trials.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Index, etc.).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work with PIs, research teams, finance, legal, and sponsors.
