Loyola University Chicago is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I for the Maywood-Health Sciences Campus. The hybrid role supports clinical trials under the supervision of the PI and Research Nurse, ensuring protocol adherence and regulatory compliance across Loyola University Medical Center and satellite sites.

The CRC I will manage data collection, regulatory files, and study documentation, coordinating from startup to close-out with sponsors and IRB as required.

Qualifikationen

• Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training
• Required Experience: Less than one year of relevant experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology and Good Clinical Practice is preferred

Aufgaben

• Ensure integrity and quality of the clinical trial per GCP, FDA, and ICH guidelines
• Coordinate studies from startup through close-out
• Serve as contact with participants, sponsors, and regulatory agencies
• Manage study documents, databases, and flow sheets
• Assemble study kits and monitor visits and charges
• Participate in monitor visits and regulatory audits
