Medical Affiliates of Cape Cod in Falmouth, MA is seeking an LPN/RN for Clinical Triage in PCP. You will support clinicians, triage calls, and manage patient needs in a fast-paced clinic setting.

40 hours/week, 7:30a–5:30p, Monday–Friday with no weekend or holiday shifts. Hourly pay range $39–$49; sign-on bonus eligible; department MACC-FH Medical Clinic; Massachusetts-Falmouth location.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Practical Nursing program.
• Currently licensed as LPN in Massachusetts.
• BLS certification for Health Care Providers.
• Two years’ clinical experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Triage calls and messages; prioritize urgent needs and schedule visits.
• Record vitals and clinical data; document in EHR promptly.
• Support clinicians with procedures and testing as assigned.
• Greet patients, provide courteous service, and maintain privacy.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure continuous, safe patient care.
• Float to MACC locations as needed and adhere to policies.
