Medical Affiliates of Cape Cod is seeking a Registered Nurse for Clinical Triage at the Osterville location. You will triage calls, manage the patient queue, and provide high-level clinical support within a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires Massachusetts RN licensure and BLS certification, with experience using electronic health records and routine patient assessments. This on-site position offers competitive hourly pay and engagement in patient-centered care.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

Triage incoming calls, messages, and tasks; prioritize urgent matters and schedule appointments.
Monitor the EHR nurse pool and respond promptly.
Provide clinical support and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe transitions of care.
Obtain vitals and relevant information; document in the medical record accurately.
Assist clinicians with procedures and tests and educate patients on services.
Greet and assist patients, explain visit status and delays as needed.
