Job summary

Cynosure, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Trainer in Detroit, MI to train customers on Cynosure products. This position will involve extensive travel up to 80%. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in nursing and preferred clinical training experience.

Responsibilities include product training, scheduling, and providing support pre or post-sale. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must, along with problem-solving abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

• Preferred three to five years of clinical training or experience in a medical setting.
• RN, LPN, NP, PA, Aesthetician, or Laser Technician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train new and existing customers on Cynosure products.
• Schedule initial training within two to three weeks of installation.
• Provide input on updating educational material.
