Job summary

Cynosure, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Clinical Trainer for the Midwest Region (Evergreen) based in Cleveland, OH. You will train new and existing customers on Cynosure products and support pre- and post-sale activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in nursing, education, life sciences, or another related field (RN, LPN, NP, or PA preferred).
• Three to five years of clinical training or experience in a medical setting using Cynosure brand energy-based devices.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Train new and existing customers on all Cynosure products and provide training support pre- and post-sale.
• Schedule initial trainings within two to three weeks of equipment installation.
• Field clinical questions from customers and provide timely responses.
• Update educational materials as needed.
• Coordinate travel for site trainings and ensure successful in-service at customer sites.
• Record, communicate, and track all visits.
