Job summary

Unison Health in Napoleon, OH is hiring a Clinical Therapist to join our Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) team, serving youth and families with complex behavioral health needs in a flexible hybrid setting.

You will work with a small caseload, deliver treatment planning and counseling, maintain timely documentation, and pursue independent licensure with supervision. A bachelor's degree and Ohio licensure (LSW/LISW/LPC/LPCC) are required, with driver’s license and preferred experience with families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Current licensure in Ohio: LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children and families preferred.

Responsibilities
