Unison Health is hiring a Clinical Therapist for its Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) team, serving youth and families with complex behavioral health needs. The role emphasizes flexibility, small caseloads, and impact through short-term, intensive work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field.
• Must hold current Ohio licensure: LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children and families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain small caseload of clients, no more than 6 at a time.
• Offer flexible, client-centered scheduling and hybrid work options.
• Provide clinical therapy services in IHBT to youth and families.
• Deliver treatment planning and counseling per program standards.
• Maintain timely documentation in the EHR and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Engage in supervision toward independent licensure and ongoing training.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Must hold current licensure in Ohio: LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Must be insurable under the agency’s commercial liability policy
• Experience working with children and families preferred
• Must demonstrate knowledge in:
  • Mental illness and treatment
  • Individual and group counseling
  • Behavioral health assessments and crisis intervention
