OrganOx, Inc. seeks a Clinical Training Manager for our New Jersey home office in Madison to lead comprehensive educational programs around the metra device. You will collaborate with clinical, sales and technical teams to maximize clinical advantages and business objectives.

The role requires strong presentation and facilitation skills, familiarity with transplant or perfusion topics, and the ability to deliver both live and virtual sessions across departments and partners.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years in clinical training, medical education or related fields.
• Engaging presenter with dynamic delivery.
• Willingness to travel for conferences and training.

Responsabilidades

• Lead execution of clinical and technical training programs.
• Develop curricula and educational materials for customers and staff.
• Manage OrganOx Training Center operations and equipment.
• Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions to diverse audiences.
