Job summary

Enki Health Services, Inc. in City of Industry, CA is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to design, facilitate, and lead training initiatives that strengthen the knowledge, skills, and performance of clinical and administrative staff.

You will partner with operations, clinical, and HR leadership to deliver high-quality onboarding, ongoing education, compliance training, and professional development while promoting operational excellence and exceptional client care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in a related field (i.e. social work, psychology or sociology).
• Experience providing mental health services in a Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health environment preferred.
• Prior clinical training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, facilitate, and evaluate ongoing training programs to ensure staff competency and professional growth.
• Develop training programs for administrative staff related to customer service and operational workflows.
• Monitor adherence to established workflows and provide coaching when improvements are needed.
• Partner with HR in developing performance improvement resources and coaching strategies.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure evidence-based practices and quality standards are incorporated into training.
