Job summary

Brightli is seeking a Clinical Training and Development Partner in Independence, MO to lead and coordinate education initiatives that strengthen clinical care and operational performance across the organization.

You will design engaging training, develop materials, and partner with leaders to advance learning, quality, and compliance while maintaining compassionate, person‑centered care across teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mental Health or closely related field required.
• Provisionally licensed or fully licensed candidates preferred (LPC/LCSW/LMFT or related licensure).
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and clinical best practices preferred.
• Experience developing, facilitating, or coordinating training programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational learning and development needs using evaluation methods and stakeholder feedback.
• Develop, design, and deliver engaging clinical and operational training programs.
• Facilitate internal and external trainings for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with supervisors, directors, leaders, HR, Compliance, Credentialing, and clinical departments to support workforce development.
• Create, update, and maintain training materials, newsletters, course content, and presentations.
• Coordinate and communicate training opportunities across programs and regions.
• Support onboarding and development opportunities for leaders and staff.
• Maintain training databases, schedules, and reporting data.
• Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Assist with audits and maintenance of training quality standards.
• Build relationships across locations to assess training needs and support initiatives.
• Maintain calendars, resources, and budget planning for training activities.
• Promote clinical best practices and agency initiatives.
• Perform other duties to support learning goals.
