Job summary

LaserAway seeks a Clinical Trainer NP/PA to drive clinical execution across clinics in OH, MI and Western PA, with travel to North Florida, GA, AL as needed. You will coach Lead Clinicians, ensure protocol adherence, and lead training for new treatments.

The role reports to the SVP, Clinical Operations and offers $60–80 per hour, reflecting experience and field impact across locations.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license (NP or PA preferred).
• 3-5+ years of clinical experience with leadership or training experience preferred.
• Demonstrated coaching, training, or clinician development experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to assess treatment quality and protocol adherence.
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 100%) and work across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages Lead Clinicians and coaches clinicians across locations.
• Own clinical quality, safety, and protocol adherence across the territory.
• Conduct regular site visits, audits, and observation rounds; identify gaps.
• Lead coaching, 1:1s, and performance reviews for LCs.
• Deliver hands-on clinical training for new hires and ongoing staff.
• Support onboarding, ramp-up, and rollout of new treatments.
