Job summary

LaserAway is seeking a Clinical Trainer (NP/PA) to drive clinical excellence across multiple clinics in North Florida, GA, and AL. You will lead training programs, coach Lead Clinicians, and ensure adherence to standards and protocols in a field-based, fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include hands-on training for new hires, ongoing skill development, and readiness for new treatment rollouts. The role requires up to 100% travel and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license (NP or PA preferred).
• 3–5+ years of clinical experience with leadership or training exposure.
• Experience coaching, training, or developing clinicians.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to assess treatment quality and protocol adherence.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% in a multi-site, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical quality, safety, and protocol adherence across territory.
• Conduct site visits, audits, and observation rounds.
• Coach and develop Lead Clinicians and conduct performance reviews.
• Support onboarding, ramp-up, and training rollouts for new treatments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across locations.
