Job summary

Soar Autism Center is hiring a Clinical Trainer to support trainee growth at one to two local centers after centralized training in our ESDM-based care model.

You will supervise RBTs, assist case supervisors, and help the center maintain high-quality care while pursuing ESDM certification within two years.

This role offers onboarding, leadership exposure, and a pathway to center leadership within a rapidly growing multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, or related field.
• Active Maryland BCBA license and BCBA certification.
• 3+ years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with ABA intervention experience.
• Experience with ABA early intervention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee growth and development of new trainees (BT/RBT) at one to two centers after centralized training.
• Support initial and ongoing RBT competency evaluations.
• Assist 3–4 case supervisors in clinical decision making.
• Provide weekly billable supervision during the first 6 weeks.
• Host weekly group training sessions for new trainees at their home center.
• Develop trainees' skills in ESDM and ABA strategies, including data collection and teaching strategies.
• Perform monthly ESDM Fidelity Checks for RBTs.
• Coordinate with BCBAs to ensure supervision requirements are met.
• Organize quarterly center-level continuing education for BCBAs and RBTs.
• Collaborate with Partner Clinician and Center Operations Director on performance improvement initiatives.
• Serve as clinical leader when Partner Clinician is not present.
• Achieve ESDM certification within 2 years of starting your role.
