Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Crookston, MN | Full-Time | $64,000–$85,000 per year

Join our Outpatient Mental Health team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families. We are seeking a compassionate therapist to provide person-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Licensed therapists and qualified Clinical Trainees are encouraged to apply. Clinical supervision is provided for eligible trainees.

What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Complete mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.

• Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, schools, and community partners.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.

• Provide crisis assessment and intervention when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related clinical field.

• Minnesota licensure as an LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT—or eligibility to practice as a Clinical Trainee in Minnesota.

• Strong clinical, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT licensure in North Dakota.

• Training or certification in DBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR.

Compensation

• $64,000–$85,000 annually, based on licensure and experience.

• $7,500 sign-on bonus.
