Job summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking a Therapy Supervisor to lead the clinical team in Maryland. You will provide supervision to associate and licensed therapists, contribute to policy implementation, and ensure high-quality patient care across the SOL system.

You will work with the Practice Manager to address daily operational challenges, coordinate referrals, and maintain a reduced caseload to preserve leadership duties while keeping clinical skills sharp.

Qualifications

• Active, independent LCSW license in MD.
• 3-5 years post graduate clinical experience.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to balance clinical leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of communicating and implementing company and clinical policies, procedures, and initiatives to the therapy team.
• Partner with the Practice Manager to address day-to-day operational challenges affecting clinical care and patient experience.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between clinicians and support staff.
• Coordinate care transitions and referrals within the SOL system and with external providers.
• Maintain a reduced caseload to ensure time for leadership responsibilities while maintaining clinical skills.
• Provide coaching and support.
• Participate in the hiring process.
• Identify training needs for clinical team members.
• Lead case consultation sessions.

This role includes providing clinical supervision to both associate and licensed therapists, as well as direct management of a designated therapist cohort.In addition, all SOL Therapy Supervisors willmaintaina caseload and provide direct patient care.
