Job summary

SOL Mental Health in New York is seeking a licensed clinical supervisor to lead the therapy team and drive clinical excellence. This role combines supervision of associates and licensed therapists with strategic coordination of care and policy implementation.

You will partner with the Practice Manager, balance leadership duties with clinical practice, and contribute to a collaborative, clinician-centered culture that values growth and superior patient care.

Qualifications

• Active independent LCSW license in NY.
• 3-5 years post graduate clinical experience.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to balance clinical leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of communicating and implementing company and clinical policies, procedures, and initiatives to the therapy team.
• Partner with the Practice Manager to address day-to-day operational challenges affecting clinical care and patient experience.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between clinicians and support staff.
• Coordinate care transitions and referrals within the SOL system and with external providers.
• Maintain a reduced caseload to ensure time for leadership responsibilities while maintaining clinical skills.
• Provide coaching and support.
• Participate in the hiring process.
• Identify training needs for clinical team members.
• Lead case consultation sessions.

What You Bring

This role includes providing clinical supervision to both associate and licensed therapists, as well as direct management of a designated therapist cohort. In addition, all SOL Therapy Supervisors willmaintaina caseload and provide direct patient care.
