Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Bethesda, MD invites licensed clinicians to join our collaborative, clinician-centered team and deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and children.

Active MD licenses (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC) and direct clinical care experience are required. You’ll have robust administrative support, competitive compensation, ample CEU funds, and a structured path for growth in a supportive, integrated care environment.

• $60,000 - $100,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

What You Bring
