Job summary

Unison Health in Findlay, OH is seeking a Clinical Therapist to join our Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) program for youth and families. This role features a flexible schedule, small caseloads, and a hybrid work model blending remote work with in-office collaboration.

You will deliver counseling, create treatment plans, and coordinate care within state and agency standards while pursuing licensure with supervision and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Current licensure in Ohio: LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children and families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Small caseload – no more than 6 clients at a time.
• Flexible hours – create your own schedule.
• Hybrid work model – remote work outside the traditional office setting.
• Provide therapeutic services multiple times per week to assigned youth and families.
• Deliver treatment planning and counseling services according to program, state, and agency standards.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation using the electronic health record system.
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality guidelines and HIPAA.

• LSW / LPC: $62,000 - $70,720 annually
• LISW / LPCC: $68,000 - $78,000 annually

Must be insurable under the agency’s commercial liability policy

Experience working with children and families preferred

Must demonstrate knowledge in:

Mental illness and treatment

Individual and group counseling

Behavioral health assessments and crisis intervention
