Job summary

Unison Health in Bryan, Ohio is seeking a Clinical Therapist to join our Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) team serving youth and families with complex behavioral health needs.

The role offers a small caseload (no more than 6 clients), flexible hours, and a hybrid work model with opportunities for supervision toward licensure and comprehensive benefits including a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Must hold current licensure in Ohio: LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to youth and families in IHBT program.
• Develop and implement treatment planning and counseling per standards.
• Maintain timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Deliver services with a small caseload (no more than 6 clients).
• Participate in supervision toward independent licensure.

• LSW / LPC: $62,000 - $70,000 annually
• LISW / LPCC: $68,000 - $78,000 annually

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degreein Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field

Must hold current licensure in Ohio:LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC

Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

Must be insurable under the agency’s commercial liability policy

Experience working with children and families preferred

Must demonstrate knowledge in:

Mental illness and treatment

Individual and group counseling

Behavioral health assessments and crisis intervention
