Job summary

Easterseals Blake Foundation in Arizona seeks a licensed behavioral health therapist at Therapist II/III level to deliver evidence-based therapy to children and adults. The role requires a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and licensure eligibility; bilingual Spanish is preferred.

You will assess needs, plan treatment, document diligently, and collaborate with the treatment team to support clients.

Qualifications

• Must hold a master's degree in a behavioral health field and be eligible for AZ licensure.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses behavioral health needs and develops therapy goals at least every 180 days.
• Administers screeners and standardized tests as clinically indicated.
• Schedules therapy sessions and obtains required treatment consents.
• Performs chart reviews to ensure current assessments and plans.
• Develops treatment team recommendations for follow-up services.
• Maintains timely clinical records and required reporting.
• Provides crisis assessment/intervention and facilitates referrals.
• Diagnoses using ICD-10; uses appropriate DSM/DS 5-TR criteria.
• Meets productivity expectations for therapists and completes notes with billing codes.
• Participates in trainings and mentoring for staff development.
