Easterseals Blake Foundation seeks licensed/licensure-eligible therapists to provide evidence-based therapy to children and adults. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, document progress, and participate in ongoing professional development in a busy behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related behavioral health field; eligible for AZ licensure.
• Two years related experience (BHT) or Associate license recognized by AZBBHE.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess the member's behavioral health needs and develop therapy goals at least every 180 days.
• Administer screenings and standardized testing as needed.
• Schedule therapy sessions with required consents for treatment and licensure.
• Maintain clinical records in a timely manner and ensure progress notes meet standards.
• Provide crisis assessment and intervention and arrange for emergency evaluation when indicated.
