Job summary

Harbor, Inc. in Toledo, OH is seeking a Clinical Therapist to join our team. This role is responsible for assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned clients under supervision of an independently licensed clinician, to enhance clients’ quality of life.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Licensure: LSW or LPC in Ohio; active licensure required.
• CPR/First Aid and NCI/CPI certifications within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Maintains clinical responsibility for individual, family and/or group counseling.
• Provides telehealth services compliant with Harbor policies.
• Completes clinical documentation per Harbor guidelines and deadlines.
• Meets or exceeds billable direct service expectations.
• Participates in supervision and program development as needed.
