Job summary

Thriveworks seeks licensed clinicians to provide telehealth therapy in the evenings and on weekends, serving clients nationwide from Ohio. The role requires independent licensure (LPCC, LMFT, LISW, PhD) with availability for at least 10 sessions weekly and 15 hours of client contact.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Ohio (LPCC, LMFT, LISW, PhD)
• Able to provide at least 10 sessions weekly with 15 hours of availability
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating diverse clients (couples, children)
• Comfort with telehealth and EHR tools
• Committed to measurable client progress and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy to clients in the evenings and on weekends
• Maintain licensure and adhere to clinical standards
• Collaborate with clinical community and participate in ongoing supervision when available
• Utilize telehealth platforms and EHR systems for documentation and notes
• Contribute to a supportive, committed clinical team at Thriveworks
