Job summary

Harbor is seeking a dynamic Clinical Therapist to join the Developmental and Behavioral Services team at our Port Sylvania location. This full-time role involves diagnosing and treating children, adolescents, and adults with diverse developmental and behavioral needs, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Essential duties include individual/family/group counseling, telehealth service delivery, accurate documentation, and effective caseload management with supervision as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology or a related behavioral/mental health field.
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Ohio.
• CPR/First Aid and NCI/CPI certifications within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains clinical responsibility for individual, family and/or group counseling with mental health and/or substance use clients, including assessments, planning and discharge.
• Provides telehealth services in clients’ homes following Harbor policies and using approved platforms.
• Completes clinical documentation per Harbor standards and ensures timely submission.
• Meets or exceeds billable direct service expectations and provides crisis intervention as needed.
• Manages caseload effectively and coordinates referrals when indicated.
