Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking Independently Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends in Ohio. Clinicians must be licensed in the state they practice. This fee-for-service (W2) role offers a total compensation up to $27,000, with additional bonuses based on session volume and licensure.

We require Ohio licenses (LISW, IMFT, LPCC or PhD/PsyD). Candidates should be willing to see at least 10 sessions weekly and may work with couples or children.

Qualifications

• Must hold one of the independent licenses in Ohio.
• Candidates must be licensed in the state they will practice.
• Experience diagnosing in clinical settings is preferred.
• Ability to see a minimum of 10 sessions per week; leadership potential can be developed.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions during evenings and weekends.
• Deliver high quality, client-focused behavioral health care.
• Support clients and collaborate with Thriveworks team members.
