Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluation and intake interviews; assess presenting problems and formulate diagnosis.
• Develop, implement and modify consumer treatment plans.
• Carry out case management services related to treatment.
• Maintain an active caseload with various therapies as needed.
• Provide crisis management and on-call/community-based consultations.
• Follow procedures regarding care and documentation.
• Maintain records per standards and regulations.
• Engage in continuing education and supervision.
• Present classes and provide agency consultation.
• Maintain ethical conduct and confidentiality.
