Job summary

Victory Bay is seeking a Primary Therapist to provide clinical services to clients with mental health disorders. The role includes 20–30 hours of direct client care weekly across group and individual sessions, with caseload meetings and family coordination.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Social Work or Counseling, an active addiction certification, and a license (associate or full). This full-time remote role is based in Indiana with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in a clinical setting with individuals diagnosed with a mental health disorder.
• Master's Degree Social Work, Counseling or related field required.
• Active qualifying addiction certification required (APIT, IAAP, ICACI, ICACII, NCAC I/II, CADAC II-V).
• Associate licensed therapist required; fully licensed preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services to Victory Bay clients with mental health disorders.
• Develop coping skills and emotional regulation.
• Direct client care 20–30 hours weekly across group and individual sessions.
