Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field with at least two years in healthcare and two years in a psychiatric setting.
• Full, independent licensure as LPC/LMFT/LCSW or equivalent in Wisconsin.
• If required, substance use credentialing (SAC/SAC-IT/CSAC) in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address patients’ needs and goals.
• Assess patients’ needs with comprehensive evaluations and plan treatment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and participate in treatment team meetings.
• Provide counseling and support using evidence-based techniques within sessions and milieu.
• Educate patients about mental health and treatment options to support engagement.
• Document patient progress and ensure timely charting and compliance.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to coordinate care.
• Follow ethical guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Engage in clinical initiatives and ongoing professional development.
