The position supports inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient services. Applicants should hold a Master's degree and a state license (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) or be eligible, with experience in

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Full independent licensure as LPC/LMFT/LCSW or equivalent.
• Two years in healthcare and two in psychiatric settings preferred.
• Cross-train in two other programs/levels of care.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address patient goals.
• Assess patients’ mental health needs and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to coordinate care.
• Document progress and ensure timely completion of records.
• Provide counseling and support to improve patient well‑being.
• Support program initiatives and comply with ethical and regulatory standards.
