You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and deliver evidence-based therapy to help patients build skills and support for recovery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Current full Michigan licensure as an LMSW, LPC, LP, or equivalent clinical license.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide high-quality, person-centered behavioral health services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Collaborate with treatment team members to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Assist with crisis intervention, safety planning, and community resource coordination.
• Promote a recovery-focused, person-centered treatment environment.
