Mental Health America of Los Angeles (MHALA) seeks a licensed therapist to join its treatment team. The role involves bio-psycho-social assessments, individual/family/group therapy, and treatment planning, with a strong emphasis on crisis intervention and collaboration with the care team.

This full-time, 35-hour position offers a competitive hourly wage depending on licensure (ASW/AMFT/APCC: $34–$36; LCSW/LMFT/LPCC: $39–$42; Licensed Psychologist: $55–$75) and a comprehensive benefits package,

Qualifications

• Must hold appropriate professional licensure as relevant field (ASW/AMFT/APCC, LCSW/LMFT/LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist).
• Strong English writing and communication skills.
• Experience in crisis assessment and intervention ideal.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bio-psycho-social assessments.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Develop strengths-based treatment plans.
• Deliver crisis assessment and safety planning.
