TeamBuilders Behavioral Health, LLC in New Mexico seeks a Clinical Therapist to provide psychosocial assessment, therapy, and care coordination across home, office, and community settings.

Supervising by the Clinical Director, you will develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with NASW/APA codes while collaborating with program managers and staff.

Qualificações

• Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work or related field.
• Current New Mexico licensure: LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD, LMSW, LMHC, LPAT.
• Ability to obtain and maintain background checks as required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop psychosocial assessments within 48 hours of admission/assignment.
• Attend treatment team meetings and coordinate services for clients.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy; home-based or community-based services as assigned.
• Maintain professional client records and ensure compliance with BHSD standards.
