TeamBuilders Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Clinical Therapist in Clayton, NM. You will provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups to support emotional wellness and long-term stability.

The role requires a Master's degree and active NM licensure or eligibility, with the opportunity to deliver care in office, home, and community settings. Competitive benefits and a commitment to work-life balance are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active New Mexico licensure or eligibility (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LMFT).
• Experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Bi-lingual/Bi-cultural (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy.
• Deliver services in office, home, and community settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation per BHSD standards.
