TeamBuilders Behavioral Health, LLC is hiring a Clinical Therapist to provide psychosocial assessment, planning, and therapy across office, home, and community settings in New Mexico. Collaboration with program managers and staff ensures coordinated care and crisis intervention when needed.

The role requires a Master’s or Doctorate in a related field and NM licensure. Knowledge of EHRs, ethics, and ongoing professional development is essential for service excellence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related health field and experience in Behavioral Health.
• Current New Mexico licensure (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD, LMSW, LMHC) in good standing.
• Proficiency with computers/EHRs and ability to coordinate with community resources.

Responsabilités

• Provide psychosocial assessment, individual, group, and family therapy.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans and crisis intervention as needed.
• Coordinate care with program managers, coordinators, and staff.
• Maintain professional client records and compliance with BHSD standards.
• Attend trainings and supervision as assigned.
• Uphold ethical standards (NASW/ ACA/ APA).
