Job summary

TeamBuilders is a community-based behavioral health organization that supports employees with supervision and training opportunities. The Clinical Therapist collaborates with the Clinical Director and program staff to provide psychosocial assessments, care coordination, crisis intervention, and therapy across office, home, or community settings.

The role requires a Master’s or Doctorate in a relevant field, NM licensure, and bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Guidance and Counseling, Psychology, or related health field, plus experience in Behavioral Health.
• Current NM licensure (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD, LMSW, LMHC, LPAT) in good standing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Thorough knowledge of community resources and ability to coordinate with partners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessment within 48 hours of admission/assignment.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy; crisis intervention as needed.
• Collaborate with treatment teams and community partners to ensure coordinated services.
