TeamBuilders Behavioral Health in New Mexico is seeking a Clinical Therapist to deliver psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and individual/family therapy across home, office, and community settings. You will collaborate with the Clinical Director and staff to support clients and families with compassionate, evidence-based care.

Must hold a Master’s in Social Work or Counseling and NM licensure (LPCC/LCSW/LMFT) with CPI/First Aid CPR or ability to obtain.

Competenze

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work; Guidance and Counseling; Psychology; or related health field.
• Current NM licensure in LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD, LMSW, LMHC, or LPAT.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid certification and CPI or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; strong communication with clients, families and staff.

Mansioni

• Perform psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans within 48 hours of admission.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy; coordinate care across home, office, and community settings.
• Attend treatment team meetings; communicate with agencies and collateral entities.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with BHSD standards.
