Compasshealthcenter is looking for passionate Psychologists or Master’s level therapists in Silver Spring, MD, to join our growing behavioral health team. You will work with individuals and groups to address issues such as anxiety, trauma, and OCD, while also enjoying the opportunity for collaboration with seasoned professionals.

Offering annual salaries between $60,000 – $105,000, this position also provides excellent benefits and the chance for ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Passionate about patient care and teamwork.
• Previous experience or interest in behavioral health.
• Prior relevant experience in partial hospitalization or outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Work individually, in groups, or with families in various behavioral health programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to build patient programs.
• Provide patient-centered care under PHP/IOP models.
