Job summary

Banyan Treatment Centers in Gilman, IL is seeking a clinically skilled Therapist to provide direct therapeutic services within our behavioral health and substance use treatment programs. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active state clinical license strongly preferred (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC or equivalent).
• Minimum of two years of clinical therapy experience in behavioral health/substance use.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and ASAM evaluations.
• Develop and update individualized, measurable treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy per program standards.
• Engage families, coordinate care, and support continuity post-discharge.
• Apply crisis intervention skills and maintain ethical standards.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation in a timely manner.
