Job summary

Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a dedicated Clinical Support team member to assist in delivering high-quality behavioral health, mental health and substance use treatment services.

This role supports therapists and case managers by contributing to assessments, group facilitation, treatment planning, documentation, and continuity of care in a structured, patient-centered environment. The position emphasizes compliance, confidentiality, and teamwork within a multidisciplinary clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Services field.
• Licensure-eligibility or pursuing licensure in behavioral health is preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or substance use treatment settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment plan reviews with preparation and patient needs.
• Complete baseline clinical assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations.
• Conduct therapeutic and psychoeducational groups as assigned.
• Assist therapists and case managers with patient care coordination and daily treatment support.
• Provide coverage for assigned patient caseloads when needed within scope of practice.
• Support family communication, coordination, and documentation related to patient care.
• Promote patient engagement, accountability, and continuity throughout treatment.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Services field
