WillisCC is a thriving multi-state private group practice seeking energetic therapists, social workers, and psychologists to join our expanding team. We welcome applications from LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologists, as well as those with LSW, LPC, LPC-A, LMSW (eligible for full licensure within the next 3-4 months).

This position may include some shifts via video telehealth and some hours in person at our studios.

Therapists are responsible for providing behavioral health services to a diverse, 'working-well' population and their families, with a culturally sensitive and affirming approach. Responsibilities include individual and family therapy, diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, group therapy, and evidence-based skills training for primary care clients.

Staff will participate in weekly group consultations, training, staff development, and have opportunities to join our interdisciplinary team and support local outreach programs.

Candidates must have experience using video/virtual platforms, a high proficiency with IT and technology, and experience with multiple software applications and electronic devices. WCC is technology-heavy and future-oriented, integrating various software platforms. While training is provided, candidates must be capable of adapting to new technologies.

Caseload building timelines vary by state. Onboarding takes 1-2 weeks; credentialing 2-3 weeks; and caseload building 2-3 months or more, depending on the state. We encourage candidates seeking a stable, long-term career within a growth-oriented group. We do not focus solely on high-paying insurance plans; instead, our payer sources are broad, including EAPs and commercial payers, with an emphasis on professional development and quality care.
