We have both part-time and full-time openings at WillisCC, a thriving multi-state private group practice. We are seeking energetic therapists, social workers, and psychologists to join our expanding team. Licensed professionals such as LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, and Licensed Psychologists are encouraged to apply, as well as those with LSW, LPC, LPC-A, or LMSW who are eligible for full licensure within the next 3-4 months.

This position offers a mix of video telehealth and in-person hours at our studios.

Therapists are responsible for providing behavioral health services to a diverse population, including individual and family therapy, diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, group therapy, and evidenced-based skills training for primary care clients. Staff participate in weekly group consultations, trainings, staff development, and have opportunities to join our interdisciplinary team supporting local outreach and programming.

Candidates must have experience using video/virtual platforms, be proficient with IT and technology, and have experience with multiple software applications and electronic devices. WCC is technology-driven, and candidates should be comfortable integrating various software platforms, with training provided as needed.

Caseload building timelines vary by state. Onboarding takes 1-2 weeks; credentialing 2-3 weeks; and caseload development may take 2-3 months or more, depending on the state.
